I’m Josh Caffey. Over approximately 18 years in software engineering, my focus has moved toward the infrastructure, tooling, and architecture that help entire teams work effectively. At Volt Labs, I served as Head of Platform for an enterprise messaging system.

My work brings together platform engineering, AWS architecture, and a preference for making complicated systems simpler.
